Send a test message

How to send one

1. Open Settings → WhatsApp in OrderPing

   Make sure all three Meta credentials are saved.

2. Enter a test phone number

   Use a number that’s on WhatsApp and not your customer base — typically your own phone.

3. Pick a template

   Pick any approved Utility template. The test uses dummy values for variables.

4. Send

   The message should arrive in a few seconds, usually under a minute.

If it doesn’t arrive

• Check the response on the page — any error from Meta is shown verbatim.
• If the response says “token expired” (error 190 / subcode 463), regenerate your access token.
