What counts as a message
Every WhatsApp send counts as one message against your monthly quota, including reminders. A single order that goes through COD confirmation → reminder → shipped → delivered will use four messages.
Trials
There’s no paid trial — instead, the Free plan lets you try OrderPing for free up to 30 messages a month with no credit card required. Upgrade once you hit the limit or want more features.
Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
- Upgrade: instant — new quota applies immediately, prorated charge from Shopify Billing.
- Downgrade: takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you’ve already used more than the new plan’s quota this cycle, the overage prompt will show.
- Cancel / uninstall: uninstalling the app cancels billing in Shopify. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reinstall.
Meta charges separatelyYour OrderPing plan covers the app’s messaging infrastructure. Meta charges you separately for each WhatsApp conversation, billed to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account. See Meta WhatsApp charges.
