Connect your WhatsApp Business account
In OrderPing, go to Settings → WhatsApp and paste your Meta Cloud API credentials: access token, phone number ID, and business account ID. Full steps →

Create & approve your first template
Head to Meta’s WhatsApp Manager, create a Utility template for COD confirmation, and submit it. Approval is usually minutes (occasionally up to 24 hours). Full steps →

Enable the COD confirmation stage
In OrderPing, open Lifecycle Stages, toggle on
